I hope this message finds you well.
I was at one of your ATMS on Tylersville Rd, and I selected $60 cash back. It only gave me $40. The branch that was connected to it closed a year ago. I have called your customer service number, and everyone I have talked to has been terrible. I mean just like the worst people I think have ever walked this earth work for your Customer Service department. I then called the 5/3 located on Cox rd in West Chester, OH and the teller or whoever answered the phone was probably the second worst person ever. I mean she just did not want to listen...telling me all these things about my account, well I was trying to tell her I DONT HAVE AND DONT PLAN ON EVER HAVING AN ACCOUNT. It was my child support credit card 🙁 the money for my daugher 🙁 I am so heartbroken. I feel like you stole from me. The ATM I used is located right next to her school. This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me in my life. I do not know how I will ever be able to trust an ATM and I will never use 5/3 ATM. I cannot believe you would allow your ATM machines to do this. Yes, the amount may be small, but the paranoia, stress, helplessness and anger is so great and cannot be overlooked. I hope you email me back or call me, this is totally unacceptable.
