I wish I could be more complimentary but I did not find the service level I expected from a Nissan dealer since my experience st Crown Nissan in St Pete is exceptional. Since I needed to purchase a vehicle I actually had my car transported there to purchase a new car. The day my husband went to pay for the diagnostics and arrange for the car to be flat bedded to St Pete - they couldn't take my check (I work therefore he was doing this for me) my husband had to pay, then there was an electrical truck blocking my car when AAA showed up to tow it - driver could not be found and neither could Paul - finally that got resolved and the car was moved - it just was a terrible experience - didn't have that experience in CT either (Executive Nissan). Perhaps your sales/ service folks should come to Crown and have them learn from the best.
