SO very saddened by your customer service team(s). Been dealing with an incorrect bill since MARCH 2016. Thought it was resolved by a Century Link advocate but he has stopped responding to me the past couple of months. I was unable to get into my acct. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this through your customer service. Two days ago I spent almost 2 hours with 5 misdirects to the wrong department, multiple holds and 4 disconnects. No wonder so many people on facebook do NOT recommend CenturyLink because of shoddy billing and dis-respectful customer service. It's sad, really. Your service seems to be working fine at this point. Just wish your company would honor the billing agreement the gal who knocked on our door promised. I know I didn't misunderstand because many, many people have the same complaint.
Please direct me to the individual who can fix my billing. Thank you!
