Dear Sir,

I've used Priceline in the past but after this evenings experience I never will again.
I was trying to book online for my son and 2 grandsons to come home for thanksgiving. I found the flight and times I wanted but then when I filled out the request and hit the book button, the price for each ticket went up by $60. I thought ok I'll just buy them, the flights are getting full so the price went up.
I tried to proceed then a message pops up telling me to choose another flight, the one I want is no longer available. I went through this process 3 times and contacted customer service via text trying to resolve the issue to no avail.
I ended up calling the airline and booking directly for about the same price. WITH A LIVE PERSON! (Your automated system is terrible).
I think your service is pretty much a bait and switch when you publish one price on the flight list and change it after the customer commits to the purchase by filling out everything right down to the credit card info.
So the airline got my nearly 1600 bucks and you lost a customer who has used your service before.
Jana
