Dear Mr O Leary I have been trying to access the Ryanair website for a – Michael OLeary email address

Thomas sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr O Leary.
I have been trying to access the Ryanair website for a few days with a view to making a booking from Dublin to Stanstead.

When I get to the point where i have inputted dates, destination and number of passengers, and press lets go, the ad for business comes up. I then press to the next page and the line of dates comes up with my dates highlighted...that is as far as i can go. The times of flights do not appear, and the "continue" button is not live.
I have contacted Ryanair through Web Chat and Email, and have done all they suggested, but to no avail. I asked my son to attempt to make the booking on his computer and he failed 3 times using 3 different browsers.
Ryan air is always my first preference when I travel your routes, and even when I check the others I normally end up back with Ryanair.
The company told me that there was no problem with the web site but I still cant book my flight. They suggested the call centre, but I still want to be able to access the site directly. Sometimes a flight on ryanair is an impulse buy because of the excellent value, and my wife and I love to travel.
I know that you make every attempt to get people to fly Ryan air so I hope someone can help me with my problem

Tom
