I have been trying to cancel my Serius radio today on a car which I do not have anymore as of Friday, 11/11/16. I was transferred several times, then cut off of the call trying to cancel. I have a new car which affords me 6 months trial for free and do not want to extend this at this time and no one can seem to understand nor do this simple transaction for me. I am about to call the BBB since I should receive a credit after cancelling, therefore, please contact me immediately so that I do not proceed in this vein. Thank you. Maureen
