Good morning on Friday November 11th at 8:30 a.m. I went to GameStop in Fresh Meadows Queens New York and I proceeded to wait in line for the up-and-coming Nintendo classic edition, I'm waiting in line until 10 o'clock at 8 GameStop open I was approached by a manager and a worker that's a no counted as if they had limited quantities and Nintendo classic edition but I was number 9 on the line and my son was there at 10 so we'll be guaranteed a copy so as I proceeded to it online I went inside and I was informed by your manager that my son wasn't able to buy one because I'm on the line one per household I told her that my son doesn't live with me and because Friday was Veterans Day, he was able to come see me but he needed for his house I was told that I need to show proof of ID that he doesn't live with me in order for him to purchase a little classic she's not posted anywhere this is not advertised anywhere I waited almost 2 hours in the cold to make sure that I was able to get the system but I was rejected but as a father I love my son to purchase one and I left empty-handed and everything out a whole system has been sold out I proceeded to beg and plead with the manager why is she doing this to me why she not allowing me to purchase because it was not I was not told that I just waited online for 2 hours one per household it did not say that I can understand one per customer one per household I told her that my son doesn't live with me he's 11 he doesn't have any id, that states he does't live with me. He's 11 year old in junior high school what kind of ID would he have, to make a long story short that particular Nintendo classic edition now I'm talking about became sold out elsewhere I wasn't able to go to any other GameStop with any other competitors and purchase one still to this day 4 days later I have not been able to purchase one and I'm very upset I've been going to GameStop since the beginning of time I do all my transactions and I sell games back to GameStop and this is very rude and I would like to make a complaint, i also observe when i left in disbelief, that 2 other people who were clearly together able to purchase 2 systems while i was only able to purchase one, Naruto purpose of my email and not to ask my hand up so just like opportunity to purchase my Nintendo classic edition for 5999 like I waited for 2 hours to be able to do so but now so that it's everywhere I would like for an opportunity I'm currently looking for the CEO of GameStop email so I can email or call so please do not let this email for an if it is cancelled please respond to me and let me know what they could do for me for a ticket to the Better Business Bureau I don't want to take it any further than I love GameStop I don't want to tarnish my relationship with GameStop can somebody please call me I left my contact information address phone number and everything that you might need
