we moved so i called 7 days in advance, got my confirmation number and appt set up, the big day came so we waited all day for the tech which was suppose to come between 8-12 i called they said they gave my confirmation number to someone else so i have to wait till mon UNACCEPTABLE finally after half an hour the supervisor sd someone will be out sun between 12-4 yesterday was sun i called oh no your appt is mon, i told the supervisor i have been a customer since 1999 and no one will be home next week she was sorry, well UNACCEPTABLE today is mon i called now have no appt i will go to spectrum thank you
