Oil Pipelines should not be built without all the environmental permits in place. Furthermore pipeline companies should respect human rights, cultural resources and consider environmental justice. Dakota Access Pipeline has moved forward without adequate permits, avoided full environmental review, violated human rights by hiring security forces that used attack dogs and armed agents, and desecrated sacred lands destroying evidence when the federal administration asked for a halt. I am paying off my mortgage in protest of your companys financial banking of this economically, socially, and environmentally flawed project.
