Frank sent a message to Doug McMillon – President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Stores, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Mr. Mcmillon,
I am a Walmart Associate (Department Manager) at the Super Center In Burgaw, NC;
I have been employed there prior to the store's opening in May of 2015.
I have repeatedly complained to local store management about treatment towards me since May 2015 from one(1) specific associate; Shamaya, Zone Manager.
I have spoken with Fatima, Store Manager; Maritza, Asst Store Mgr; Tamera, Asst Store Mgr; Cathy, Asst Store Mgr. All of them informed me they would speak with Shamaya.
But Shamaya continues to make false accusations; threatens my continued employment.
Shamya has created for me a "Hostile Work Environment".
I have extended local Store Management ample opportunities to address this problem.
The "Hostile Work Environment" has reached critical mass.
With no disrespect toward Regional Manager Jeff, I am compelled to write directly to you.
It is my desire this issue be resolved within the Walmart Family.
Honest, I do not want to make trouble for anyone.
I like working for Walmart.
I enjoy my job at Walmart.
I will not quit Walmart.
But the "Hostile Work Environment" created by Shamaya and permitted to continue by Store Management is not fair to me!
