Hello Mr Mansell,
I had an unappreciative, unpleasant problem with your customer service at Kohls.
I gave a payment of $30.00 on October 13 at around 6/7pm and sadly, my payment could not be found although I got a receipt. I contacted Customer Service and got a letter back responding that my payment was unable to be found. This is very disturbing despite the loyalty i have found in kohls for the past 6 years.
I will be letting my friends and family know this issue is going around. Your services at Kohls may need further assistance in this issue.
In addition, i would like for you to assist me with this problem instead of having to loose my loyalty to this awesome store that I once knew.
