I am disgusted by the treatment i have received from your company. Booked seats for 3 adults and 2 children last week costing 100 pounds.then read children travelling with paying adults do not need to pay to reserve seats. Contacting your company to ask for refund i was told ryanair dont do refunds this is daylight robery and i wouldlike the childrens payment refunded. I look forward to yourreply. Jane young
