There is either fraud or serious incompetence in your company.
Your phones are deliberately set up to NOT ANSWER calls. Of course you know this.
My call was just cut off, after much time wasted to secure a live person.
I am a net metering customer and reqyour system consistently 'takes' energy from me. Pls have someone call me, or I will be escalating my problem - to your detriment.
