Good Afternoon Mr. Allen. My name is David and i am currently working towards my degree in Management and Leadership. I choose you to do a "CEO" biography because I love John Deere. I have a couple of questions that go beyond what i could find online. How do you develop your leadership team? How do you outline and coach the expected vision of where your company is heading and the road map to get there? What are your values, ethics? I have no doubt you are an extremely busy man but if you could take the time to answer these questions for my school project I would greatly appreciate it.
