Susan sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I have issues with your billing and promotions promised. I was offered a 10.00 discount a month never got it. Call next month promised 20.00 promotional discount bill goes up by 10.00. Call the next month offered free modem, instillation, and service. Tech calls said he didn't need to come over I was at highest speed. Bill comes and I am charged for modem, instillation and visit. I call this is about the fifth month if calling each call lasting about 2 hours and am told I only owe 27.18 dollars. I paid it and now new bill says I owe back money of 107.61. I called just now and agent says I only owe 93.68 I tell him bill says 201.29 again no one can help me. I even had to give number off old modem to prove I did not recieve a new modem. One was sent out later under the promised agreement of a free modem but I am being charged for it. Help!!!!! This has cost me at least 18 hours of my time.
