MARTIN sent a message to Mark Fields – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
My tire blew out, submitted a reimbursement through local Ford dealer as directed on 11/07/2016 to fax into Ford for reimbursement. Contacted Ford today and learned that I must wait 15 days for the invoice submitted from the Ford dealer to post to their system before the claim can even process than possibly a few more weeks before I am even paid the reimbursement. IT is said that Ford promotes Customer Service and I purchase a $50,000 dollar care and must wait 4 to 6 weeks to get paid back. I was in a remote area when the tire blowout occurred without cell service and someone needed to call for service for me. Please make an effort to resolve this and drastically improve this service of payments to the owner. Thanks,
