Dear Nissan CEO,
please I want tell you that I bought a Nissan Qashqai in 2011, it`s a good car but I got a problem with my manual shift gearbox which is abnormal, that two adjacent teeth in corona gear inside gearbox is been wearied for no abnormal use from my side although all maintenance is been done in time, and my car is been at Nissan Egypt since 22nd October 2016 till now, and it took them 15 days just to get the part number for that gear to order it from japan, now they got that gear from Japan as they told me 7 days ago then they are now telling me that there is a bearing they need to change and they don`t have it in Egypt, also till now they don`t have a clear reason for this fault which is mainly manufacturing fault.
Dear Sir, it`s unbelievable that it`s been more than 22 days and my car is not fixed,no spare parts available in Nissan Egypt for my Qashqai, and nobody is studying this rare fault and say either it`s manufacturing fault or not, and my car is still there at Nissan Egypt.
