please contact Anna bought by loyal gm customer April 2016 new 3500 hd diesel Denali first service at 6000 miles oct 20 and truck just died going down road oct 27. Truck at dealer that day and still there. 20 days and counting. Please help. Called gm today and case open. I was told it was going to the district manager but they would work with dealer and not us but dealership is not working on truck because they are trying to determine if it is our issue. They stated it the first day and when I contacted customer relation Lisa Limoge she called back a few days to say it was under warranty for a fuel pump. Then days later said work stopped and gm tech wants fuel sample. We feel that it is a wait and blame game and their response is not what we expected for our loyalty to gm. They called it a catastrophic failure and taken the vehicle apart. They said it was covered and now seem to be backing out or trying to say something else. This is no longer a new vehicle but a defective vehicle. We want our vehicle replaced. I have contact names and dates and detailed communications I would like to share with you.
