I am an owner of Cadillac SRX 2012 in KSA - Riyadh and I have been facing troubles caused by the agent and they neglected my calls even the customer service are doing the same. I am sorry to tell you that I regret choosing Cadillac and all my contacts could see the suffering I am facing. I preferred contacting you directly before contacting authorities in KSA to complain
