Hello Matt, My name is Chuck and i have written You a personal letter a few years ago and was satisfied with Your response so im e-mailing You to maybe get your response to this one. this last october i purchased a new 2017 cvo street glide and traded my old bike a 2014 cvo road king in and i love the new bike. the problem im having is i bought my bike from Adam Smiths Roughneck Harley and could never get a total price on the new bike, even asking several times i could not get a straight answer, I ended up settling for what they told me was 38000.00 which was counting the 6500.00 they gave me over what i owed so 6500.00 was my down payment. well i went to one of Harleys web sites and found out the asking price for this bike was 37995.00. Do you see My problem? this was My 5th Harley and it will probably be my last for at lease 15 years so i can recover from taking a 6500.00 loss. thanks for listening if You do just needed to vent i guess.
