Let me start by telling you how much I value the Jet Blue experience. Your flight crew is comprised of warm and friendly people. It is with regret that I feel compelled to share my unpleasant experience with one of your employees on flight number 573 from Newark to Tampa on 11/17. I travel with my pet and always keep him in his carrier on my lap until we prepare for takeoff. Allison. The flight attendant in question informed me that the carrier needed to be under the seat, which I always do and told her so. The plane was parked at the gate and passengers were still boarding when she again approached me and rudely reprimanded me by saying "I told you you have to put the carrier under the seat and I told you this three times". I was both offended by her attitude and blatant rudeness. I fly jet blue always and regularly. My pet always accompanies me and I have never had a negative experience before. Please check my history with your airline to understand my frequency. I assure you I am not an impolite or otherwise difficult passenger and have never been treated offensively by any of your employees. I wish to continue my relationship with your airline and assume this matter will be addressed appropriately. Please let me know your response.
