Sir,
I am wishing to contact you in hope of obtaining some help from you. I am a Veteran, my wife is a Veteran and we take care of her father who is also a Veteran. We have been living without electricty in Connellsville, PA for almost two years due to a high bill that we owe on. We have paid into it, but do to teeter totter of life, we have been struggling to pay it off to get the electric back on. There are many factors that had led us to the high bill. Retirement from the military, being laid off from 3 different jobs since retirement and trying to make ends meet with what we have. We do not qualify for any help or charity. I can give you a greater in depth description of our situation and how we have ended here in a separate email if you would like. I am grasping at straws now trying to take care of my family and trying not to go another winter without electric.
I hope that you will respond to this email. I went to the "Reflect on 9/11" event at the Uniontown state theater when Robert O'Neill spoke. When I listened to you speak I sat in the audience and thought to myself that you seem like a man of understanding and compassion. I hope this email finds you well.
