Ming sent a message to Arne M. Sorenson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Marriott International, Inc. – Email Address that said:

Hello,

I'm an IT professional and internet security is always my concern.

I've called the customer service few times today to report a security issue of your online booking.

Apparently Marriott's online booking system does not validate the credit card number, and it does not ensure the billing address, postal code ,and card holder name are matching with the card number!

This brought big concenrs to me regarding the security of your website. If someone took your card number over your shoulder, he or she can make reservations on your website.

Can this issue be addressed for the sake of the Marriott's customers?
