Mr. Harrold - I would like to talk to you directly concerning the $18,000 plus that Auto-Owners Insurance still owes me for the rebuilding of my home that burned to the ground on June 23, 2012. I sent you a registered letter on Oct. 1, 2016 but you have not responded. Please call me as soon as possible. I will continue to tell my story until Auto-Owners has paid the amount we agreed on in March, 2013 to rebuild our home. I look forward to talking to you!!!
