Hello sir
I am hoping that this email will get some attention for my son who is a United States Navy Veteran that has worked for Mariott for the past 10 years in Jacksonville Beach Florida. Recently he has begun to experience some mental health issues that has resulted in his work hours at the property being decreased and based upon my understanding he is headed for termination of his employment. Please understand that he has been a dedicated employee until this recent crisis. The reason I bring this to your attention is because I read about Mr. Chapman CEO of Barry Wehmiller in Saint Louis Mo. His company's philosophy is that they help their employees through whatever crisis they may be experiencing because they are a family. If Marriott has that same sense of responsibility for their employees my son DeAndre needs your help. It is interesting that whatever behaviors are associated with his current condition he always shows up for work on time to the only place of employment that he has known for the lasts 10 years. He really needs your special consideration at this time. I am a concerned father who is sending this email, because I have exhausted all reasonable options.
