GAIL sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I have been a customer with your company for over 44 years. I have been without service for 4 days - made repeated calls to service and told it is the outside line and it would be fixed - however, it is still not working. I am unable to speak to a supervisor and am extremely upset about this lack of serivce and disregard for my problem. Please have someone take care of this immediately. When I pick up the phone I get an open line sound and the phone always says line in use. If a call is made to me, it immediately goes to voicemail. I would appreciate any help you can give me to get my services back. Thank you, Gail .
