I am writing you concerning a property you foreclosed, the property is located at 2905 Windsor Forest Dr. Louisville, KY. 40272, the previous owner was Christopher B. Dixon, we have some serious problems involving the property, since some roofers were working on the property they have left the property unsecured and appear to continue to come and go with the appearance of working on the property, when in actuality no work is apparent, there has been break ends and attempted break ends with evidence they are coming to adjacent properties through the rear wooded lots, one door was pried with a piece from your property, there are evident trails from this property to adjoining properties, this is an alarming concern for our safety and our property and your property and liability as well, Windsor Forest Subdivision has been a safe secure neighborhood until these workers appeared. We are requestng Citibankmortgage and there affliates, contracters, properties management secure this property immediately and make careful reference who is authorized to access the property. This property and surrounding properties are secluded to the rear of properties, and this property is being used to watch and to access the other properties from the rear access. We have informed the police, and they stated we should inform the bank ok the sitauton. The second problem concerns what the previous owner Christopher did to the property, he took out a large section of the rear hillside treed lot, he took out huge trees and dug into the hillside up to 10 feet high by 100 foot wide by 25 feet deep, these trees held the hillside, when we expresses our concern, Mr. Dixon stated, he intended to re enforce the hillside and to build a large building there, no permits for this work were obtained and he never did any work, now the adjoining properties are experiencing serious erosion problems and structural problems, this has caused tremendous structural problems to your property. I had notified Mr. Dixon and Citibankmortgage of the on going problems resulting from this with no response.
