I recently had a bad experience at Dicks in Deptford NJ, I received a reward of $10 in the mail. I went to the store to do some Christmas shopping. When I got to the register for some reason my account would not come up. While the manager Holly was very nice and tried to rectify the problem,it took at least 20 minutes in line. She made some phone calls. Obviously other customers in line were not happy. We finally had to open up a new account and hopefully I did not loose any rewards points. My husband Dennis and my son Joseph also frequent Dicks often. It just was not a pleasant shopping experience today. Sincerely Judith
