Sir, I am a Central Govt. Empl. posted in Bihar (India). I bought Sony xperia – Kazuo Hirai email address

Sir,
I am a Central Govt. Empl. posted in Bihar (India). I bought Sony xperia M4 aqua, after some days from the purchasing i found some problem in my handset, then i contacted to he nearest Sony cervice centre. After receiving the handset i found some new problems instead of solving the old one. Again i submitted the set to the service centre. This system starts continue. I submitted my handset to solve the problem and every time received with a new problem. During the warranty period i submitted the handset 6 times but my problem had not been solved. I requested many times to change my handset, they assured me every time, if my problem had not been solve them the handset will be replaced. But my set had not been repaired successfully nor replaced. Now they tell me that the warranty has been expired and I have to pay for repairing the set. My handset is with the service centre at present  dated 10/11/2016.
Sir for the last 1 year My handset is with the service centre for more thar 4 months. In this period I have been suffering a great mentally and physically harrasment due to regular submission of the handset to the service centre.
Sir, you are heartly requested to give me a proper solution of my problem.
