Robert sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Hi, I have Limitations on my PayPal account, This has been an ongoing issue for weeks now, I am beyond fed up, I have today sent in my birth certificate which PayPal requested and I have not heard a thing yet again.. I email PayPal through message centre and no one ever answers me, Please could you look at my account and check my Birth certificate so I can get the limitations removed, I do not have passport or driving License and I am 72 there is no way I am getting these just for PayPal as I will never use them and they are too expensive. Please can you help me??? I am at my witts end..And I would love to know why no one ever answers me and I am not the only one that this happens to.. Ignorance is not nice.
