Leon sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I am extremely unhappy with the repair service we have not received. Our home phone has been out of service for 8 days, and another call to the service department tells us we are six people below the next service. I would think after being told every day the phone would be repaired that day would have moved us up on this "repair list" - We have been customers of Ma Bell through Century Link for over 44 years and have never received such poor service. What does it take to have a technician come to our home and repair our phone, as we are told it is your outside line that needs repaired. Lip service for over a week is very poor service.
