Hello,

I am John. I used to live and work in Japan as an ESL Assistant Teacher in Kobe from 1988 - 1989. I really appreciate the kindness and integrity of the Japanese people.

Unfortunately there is only chaos and a severe lack of communication or 'concern' about the fact that my Sony Xperia M2 cel phone, which I purchased from Fido's Georgia and Granville Store in Vancouver 2 years ago in June 2014 is no longer charging properly.

None of Fido's employees know where I can find a replacement Sony Charger as they are too 'bu$y' $elling and noT listening, caring or reading anything I have tried to communicate with them for the past 2 weeks.

I am wondering if you would be kind enough to send them a message and instruct them how to conduct business representing your Excellent Sony Products so that we can continue to Appreciate Sony's Products.

P.S. Here is Fido's Facebook Page where I have been endlessly trying to communicate with their 'employees' who could really Benefit from Learning about Honor and Integrity of providing Customer Service as the Japanese are Excellent at providing.
