I have been trying to get a simple repair completed, CenturyLink sent a repair person, whom verified the cable eye sore over my fence and above ground on my backyard was CenturyLink, this person lied and never returned to finish the job. I tried to CHAT with "MARIA" and she hung up on our conversation when I recommended NOT to reinvent the wheel but continue a follow up on the existing repair request. This unprofessional and extremely rude to hang up on a customer trying to get a problem resolved. Sir, can you please improve on CenturyLinks customer service and assist me with this simple repair request.
