I have a major complaint. We shop Kohls frequently but today takes the cake. We used the pickup in store. I ordered a dvd player but called the store first to confirm it was a blu ray. Picked it up and it was not. Looked online and there was another that was 49.99. Called the Strongsville Ohio store took 30 minutes but they held one. Got there and they said they could not exchange it because the didn't offer that price as online. Made us reorder and pay again for a dvd player and then refund the other. The manager Robin we had come back and she said basically too bad we were inconvenienced by doing all this having to reorder and be charged twice. I am so mad I never want to shop there again and dont want family or friends to either. Have never run into a more incompetent manager and the District Manager should be ashamed having someone like that for a manager.
