Dear mr McMillion....i would to speak to you please sir.....ive had a couple petty issues in 25 yrs with your store 1406 on pleasant valley rd winchester va 22601.....me and my spouse have been in customer service for big company for 30 yrs...including store mgr,s and of course delivery drivers...on nov 7 2016 upon DOING OUR JOB...we briefly pulled up front for just a few mins then ran inside but a police officer put a PARKING TICKET on our car..no big deal right?...well asst mgr erin said she would ask the officer to dismiss the ticket as a way of taking care of walmarts customer/vendor....but she renigged/lied...we had 2 weeks to pay the parking ticket which to us poor folks is alot of money that we would rather use inside walmart....but rather within the 2 week period i regret making excessive calls to get erin or melissa the store mgr to get a permission letter to get the ticket dsmissed...they rather got there loss prevention guy RON. involved...which is leading them into serving no tresspass papers on someone whos not only a professional worker when delivering to ANY WALMART...BUT ALSO A CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS 1,000S A YEAR AT THE PHARMACY AND IN THE STORE...please dont let this happen....i spoke to kevin chandler region mgr over the pharmacy and per our last conversation these were petty issues that WE have addressed and we all should move forward...but my converstation with KEVIN yesterday his tone just like the others at this store #1406...keep changing there word....no one has EVER cussed,threatned or caused drama at any walmart...i challenge them to show any video where this took place...i was told the reason im getting barred is ive made a few people feel uncomfrontable...OH REALLY....IN 30 YRS ME AND MY SPOUSE HAS DELIVERED TO OR WAITED ON CUSTOMERS THAT MADE US UNCOMFRONTABLE...BUT YOU CANT BAR YOUR CUSTOMERS! OVER PETTY STUFF.....PLEASE DONT LET LOSS PREVENTION DO THIS....ALL I WANTED FROM KEVIN CHANDLER WAS A 50 GIFT CARD WHICH HE REFUSED TO OFFER ME...A CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS 1000S A YEAR...WHATS 50.00 TO SAY TO YOUR CUSTOMER WE ARE SORRY FOR OUR MISCUES PLEASE ACCEPT THIS OFFER.WE WANT YOR FUTURE BUSINESS...BUT THEY WOULD RATHER SERVE NO TRESSPASS PAPERS BECAUSE A FEW PEOPLE WAS MADE TO FEEL UNCOMFRONTABLE.....MR MCMILLION PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPEN.....EVERYONE DESRVES A 2ND CHANCE...THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED AND IVE BEEN GOING INTO STORE 1406 DAILY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS...WHY BAR ME WHEN IVE MOVED ON AS THEY SHOULD BUT PLEASE SIR DONT LET STORE 1406 BAR ME..IM A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER YOU HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRSS...HERE IS MY BUSINESS NUMBER TO CONTACT ME,,IM HOPING THIS EMAIL FINDS YOU AND NOT THE SAME PEOPLE IVE BEEN TALKING TOO.....GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE.
