I placed an order for a Nerf N Strick Elite Tactical Vest on 11/19/2006. When the package arrived another item was sent by mistake. I called your customer service and was sent a return label and I was told the correct item was in stock and would be sent to me. I called back 3 days later and told them the item had been shipped back. I was told a new item would be shiped since it was still in stock. Today Nov 30, I received a call in which I was informed the item I sent back was received but I would not be getting the vest since it was now out of stock. I guess mu y question is why I was told on two occasions the vest was in stock and being sent when in fact your company had no intent in sending me my item even though I had paid for it. If this is the way you do business then I will make sure all my friends know that Tors R Us is a dishonest company that does not deliver on what it says. Thanks to your mismanagement of a simple shipping process I no longer and able to get what I wanted. I know your company can survive without me, but I can no longer trust you company to do what it says it will do. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas because a little 5 year old boy won't be getting what he wanted because of the actions and lack of caring by your company and employees.
