Dear Mr. Jelinek,
Recently Costco removed Salonpas original pain pads and replaced them with a more expensive "newer" pain pad. The newer ones fall off and are terrible, plus cost over twice as much. I've been buying the original pain pads from Costco for years, and wrote to Salonpas CEO and now you. I won't buy anymore of the "new and improved," since they are price gouging and the product is inferior. Please demand they put the originals back in your stores for the same 6.83 for 140 pads they've been selling for years.
