Dear Mr Egeck, I hope you are doing well. I am writing you this on behalf of my girlfriend Scottie Marie. She loves to shop and build points. She has shopped at Eddie Bauer for years and built enough points for a gold level and she would qualify for a new winter coat. The only problem is when she opened the account she put it in her mom's name, Gladys and they won't let her use her points. Anyway I sure wish you could help her it would mean the world to her as we took care of her mom for years and she died here a while back. thank you for your kindness and may you have a blessed Christmas!
