Dear Madame Barbara
On my last visit at Ross on 6298 W 3rd st , Los Angeles, unhappy with services. Its holiday season and the customers are more doing shopping. So I was doing line and it was 2 cashiers left with a big line of customers waiting. I did ask supervisor to open more cashier. She said I've only 2 left... i told her. How come with holiday. You have only 2 cashiers and as supervisor your responsibility to provide the best for customers in this store.... i can see others employees talking and laughing between them doing nothing. The worst, I was trying to talk with manager she ignoring me 3 times.
