TINA sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
I am a customer of your company Virgin Mobile. I have been a customer since 2013 and have enjoyed the service, until December 2016. I went on the website of Virgin Mobile and ordered an iPhone 7 on November 15, 2016. When I received the phone I used it and found out that was not the cell phone for me. I contacted Virgin Mobile customer service and inquired how I could get the phone back to them because I was not interested in owning it. She explained now I could return the phone and in 8 to 10 days receive a full refund. So on November 21,2016 I went to a Federal Express store and had the device shipped back to Virgin Mobile. On November 23, 2016 I tracked the phone and saw that it had been returned back to Virgin Mobile. On December 06,2016 I spoke with a customer service rep and she informed me that I should be receiving my refund by December 8,2016. I did not receive the refund by that date. So I called back to customer service on December 8,2016 and talked to a customer service rep and he said he would put a special note on your account to flag it for the "back office" they will contact you in 72 hours.
