Dear Ms. Ursula M. Burns, we wish you health and a happy new year.
We own a small inscriptions company in Athens - Greece.
We appeal to you, because we can not find our rights to Zerox in Greece with which we used to communicate until last June.
We have an old printer Zerox Phaser 6125 and in June 2016 we faced a problem printing.
Immediately, the 24/06/16, we invited technician from Zerox Hellas  - with visit cost € 30,00 - and told us that we had to change the imaging unit, the cost of which was 302,56 € .
We agreed and proceeded to order, because trusted diagnosing technicians Zerox Hellas.
Zerox Hellas, ordered for us the imaging unit in Docusys company with which it cooperates and sent us the consumable on 07/01/16 -
The imaging unit, dad been opened and positioned in the printer. It did not work and the problem remained.
We contacted again by Zerox Hellas and Mr. John Smaragdakis - head service - said that he could not do anything for us, because we opened the consumable !! - How else could we put it into the printer - and 18/7/16 sent us a new offer for printer service, the new cost of which was € 809,75 !!
We replied that it does not suit us and that we can buy a new printer with this money.
We asked him to take back the useless -for us- consumable and to compensate us for the money we paid unfairly, after coming from their own wrong diagnosis, but did not accept any responsibility.
We find it unfair and did not know what else to do than to reach the headquarters of Zerox in America, hoping for a more fair and professional treatment.

• We keep all receipts of the transaction with Zerox and Docusys Co.
