Mr. Ellison....I am a retiree after being with JCP for 35 years. I was in management and loved working and very proud to say I worked for JCP. I am very distressed when people ask me where is the customer service? I read the reviews on line and am shocked at the comments. When I was there our #1 priority and training was in customer service. I think we have lost it. My friends go into the stores and they say no one ever spoke or greeted them the whole time. Mr. Penny was all about customer service. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Please Sir....we need to fix this and keep our company going for another 114 years. I am so proud to say that I was part of the success the company has had in the past. Thankyou.
