I need your help please.
Starting on December the 5 of this year, we have been trying to order and receive my Christmas gift. The following order numbers have been accepted and cancelled:
The process of trying to get my Patagonia warm jacket for Christmas, still has not been completed.
We have spoken to many, very polite, very helpful associates with regard to the above order numbers. We have been hopeful every time we got of the phone with these associates, that my jacket would be here. This has been disappointing.
I would rather let you know than be a negative person with regard to Dick's Sporting Goods.
Is there anything you can do to help me with this order? Please.
