I believe in my opinion, Anthem owes me monies dating way back to 2000-2001 thru 2016. My deductibles were met the first or second month of each year.
Concerning my forth grievance which I have not sent yet, my $40,000.00 wheelchair.
The second seat I was to get. Anthem and MedTech Rick Garver took upon themselves to cancel with me knowing nothing.
I can only sit in chair 30 - 45 minutes. You test seats that DID NOT FIT my chair, every seat brought out DID NOT FIT!
