This is the FIFTH message I have sent Kmart with NO resolution to my problem! See my final response!!! Your customer service department is horrible!!
I DID RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BUT IT WAS NOT MY ORDER!!! The order was for someone in Florida!!! (and I live in OREGON) I have already sent the item that wasn't mine back to your returns department, and I want my refund ASAP on my order or I am going to contact legal advice! This is ridiculous! I will never purchase anything from Kmart again! See attached photos for PROOF the KMART SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM!!! And Kmart should have fixed this problem!!!!
