Imran sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about some issues regarding the new model of Toyotal corolla GLI .I had booked the Toyota 1.3 GLI and the car was
delivered in June 2016 .After driving the car for few months I have noticed a few things.I have already contacted the Toyota Pakistan a number of times since November 2016 however they have ceased to reply.
1. The car is not comfortable and it seems though the suspension/shock system is not sustaining the jumps and jerks during journey as it is
supposed to do in a luxury car .The last model was more comfortable .
2.The front view is hindered because of the thick pillars that rest on both sides of the wind screen making the viewing difficult.
3. The dash board is also not good as compared to the previous model.
4.Some cars were delivered with the electronic keys and the others without providing any option to the buyers.
5.The interior is not air tight as outside smell easily enters the inner region of car.
6.The first free inspection was supposed to be within a specified number of months OR a specified mileage however the Toyota motors charged first
inspection fee as the time had expired although the mileage was still under the threshold.
