Hey Michael my name is Ron I've been a customer of DirecTV since 1999 I'm trying to get a genie box and I cable hooked up I placed the order December 20, 2016 to hook up a Jeanie box and they said I would get a confirmation and 72 ours but I never did so on December 27, 2016 I called and the person I talked to said they would be out here January 3, 2017 between the hours of eight and 12 I get a letter in the mail December 29, 2016 confirming everything here it is January 3, 2017 I've been on the phone for over an hour I've talked to four different people trying to get somebody out here to put a mini mini Jeanie and I hook the cable box up now they just hung up on me and want me to call back again at this point I'm ready to call back and tell you all to cancel my member cause I'm bout ready I'm about fed up with this you can come to contact me I hope you're having a good day because I'm not thank you very much Ron from work unhappy customer
