mark sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation – email address that said:

i am a sony customer and have been for some time little bit disgruntled with my answer from customer support re the warranty repair of my phone so i thought i would ask the boss.... my XPERIA Z3+ had a battery problem so i sent it to be repaired it now turns out that me phone is bent of which i never noticed from new and i now have to pay £150+ to have it repaired even though it is still in warranty my email address is  i really hope you can help kind regards and Happy New Year Mark
