Dear mr Andrew . I have been left with no choice but to contact you in regards to an incident that happened on the 31/12/16 at 1159am . My visa card was charged £64.99 that I did not authorise I have now spent 2 long days fighting with PlayStation uk for a refund . I am very disappointed at the treatment I have received . It would mean a lot to me if you would step in and sort this out for me . The ref number with PlayStation uk . I hope you can resolve this for me . Kind regards Mr Luke
