Mairead sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Michael
I travelled with my two teenage kids on a flight yesterday from Carcassonne to Dublin. My daughter was then to catch another Ryanair flight to Liverpool. Our flight from Carcassonne was delayed and I was worried my daughter would miss her next flight. Among the cabin crew was a lovely young man called David (from Carlisle) who went the extra 10 miles to help us during the flight and to advise us on where Roisin needed to go and how much time she would have. He helped us with bags etc to ensure we got off the plane promptly. He couldn't have been nicer or better at his job. I am writing this because I think this kind of commitment to doing an excellent job should not go unnoticed by your company. I would really love to hear back from Ryanair that this message has been received. I have been using your company regularly since it began and I have never encountered anyone as professional, courteous and helpful as this young man among your staff. It really makes a difference to the experience of travelling.
Regards Mairead
